... it used to be, when the grand daughter (now the oldest one of three) came to spend the night, it meant playing with babydolls, playdough, and building blocks, and making cupcakes-usually chocolate ... as of late technology has become a big share...

I gave up playing draughts with my kids when they all started beating me by about age 4....the humiliation was too much to take.

Sube, children are so advanced now. When I was small we used to play 'Run out's' or 'Knock down Ginger' 'Run out's' was like hide and seek, but outside. 'Knock down Ginger' was knocking on peoples doors and running away before they answered.
