We are finally getting some rain, it has rained for two days now and probably will continue for at least another day. This has slowed down the halloween decoration enthusiast, but some still fight the rains. Here are a few:

I think they are all wonderful! You deserve a big thanks for your hard work SuBe so accept mine I like seeing some of the house's too some seem very small. Sorry to say there is nothing like that here till Christmas.

I really like the one with the yellow tape around it...a local elderly nursing home built this little house and put up the decor around it just for the holiday!

I haven't really had much of a chance to take photo's of Halloween decor lately, but here is one I took a few evenings ago. I thought the witch flying over was a nice touch.

Yeah, scarecrows and monsters that come to life after kids are on the porch are like certain TV shows that should be on after 10 pm. I LOVE answering the door from 5:30-8:30ish...

I am glad you shared how this holiday is celebrated in your neck of the woods. Interesting concept...getting money instead of treats. I use to make popcorn balls, rice krispie treats, and the such until bad people putting bad things treats caused me...

I can see it's appeal at night times all that paper rather cobweb looking in the dark! We would get arrested for littering!! A lot of community centers hold parties for the kids here, with all the usual games like apple dunking and prizes for the best...

Cool The kids dress up a bit here but it's mainly half hearted (IMO) Hmmm I wonder if it would be ok to take some pictures (I might get myself arrested, suppose if the parent is there I could ask)

Sube, I hope that tree isn't too near your house,  the tree roots can cause damage looks seriously golden and tall and pretty too   It will be interesting to see it change by the season

That tree is such a good shape, and such lovely colours as well. Sadly they have nearly all fallen here and the trees are starting to look bare, but that can be just as beautiful against the early dusks.
